जब भी आप सेकंड हैन्ड गाड़ी की खरीद बेच करते है तो तो आपको गाड़ी के आरसी के ट्रैन्स्फर कराने कीजरूरत पड़ती है क्योंकि बिना आरसी के ट्रैन्स्फर किए हुए सेकंडहैन्ड गाड़ी चलाना कानूनी अपराध हो सकता है साथ ही यदि विक्रेता गाड़ी की आरसी ट्रैन्स्फर नहीं कर रहा है तो गाड़ी से किसी प्रकार की दुर्घटना होने पर पूर्ण रूप से जिम्मेदारी विक्रेता की होगी। आरसी ट्रैन्स्फर कराने के लिए कुछ दस्तावेजों की जरूरत पड़ती है जिनके आधार पर ही आपकी गाड़ी की आरसी ट्रैन्स्फर होगी। इन्ही दस्तावेजों मे कुछ जरूरी फॉर्म होते है जैसे फॉर्म 28, फॉर्म 29, फॉर्म 30 एवं फॉर्म 35। यह सभी फॉर्म आरसी ट्रैन्स्फर कराने के दौरान विभिन्न परिस्थितयो मे लगाए जाते है। इस पोस्ट के मदाधीम से हम आपको इन सभी फॉर्म के बारे मे जानकारी विस्तार से बताएंगे।

फॉर्म 28 :-

यह फॉर्म तब लगाने की आवश्यकता होती है जब आप को रेजिस्ट्रैशन सर्टिफिकेट ट्रैन्स्फर करने के दौरान एनओसी करने की आवश्यकता पड़ती है। जब आप एनओसी सर्टिफिकेट के लिए अप्लाइ करते है तो आपको यह फॉर्म लगाना जरूरी होता है। साथ ही अपॉइन्ट्मन्ट वाले दिन आपको इस फॉर्म की कॉपी भी आरटीओ दफ्तर ले जाने की आवश्यकता पड़ती है।

सीधे शब्दों मे कहा जाए तो यदि आप आरटीओ दस्तावेजों मे फॉर्म 28 को देखे तो आपको यह अंदाजा लगा लेना होगा की यह फॉर्म आरटीओ एनओसी के लिए लगाया गया है।

फॉर्म 29 :-

विक्रेता से खरीददार जिस वाहन का स्वामित्व को स्थानांतरित करने के लिए आरटीओ जो फॉर्म जारी करता है है वह फॉर्म 29 कहलाता है। अर्थात यदि आप सेकंड हैन्ड गाड़ी खरीदते है तो आपको इस फॉर्म की आवश्यकता होती है यह बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज है इस दस्तावेज के बिना आप पुरानी गाड़ी को खरीद नहीं सकते है। यह फॉर्म आरसी ट्रैन्स्फर का प्रमाणपत्र होता है।

फॉर्म 30 :-

फॉर्म 30 एवं फॉर्म 29 लगभग एक प्रकार के ही फॉर्म होते है फॉर्म 30 का उपयोग इसलिए किया जाता है ताकि यह इंगित किया जा सके की आपने रेजिस्ट्रैशन सर्टिफिकेट ट्रैन्स्फर करने की प्रक्रिया की शुरुआट कर दी है। यह एक प्रकार का सूचक फॉर्म है।

फॉर्म – 35

इस फॉर्म का प्रयोग लाभार्थी तब करता है जब वह गाड़ी लोन पर खरीदता है। गाड़ी का लोन सम्पूर्ण रूप से समाप्त करने के बाद आपको आरटीओ मे यह फॉर्म जमा करना होता है की आपने गाड़ी का समस्त लोन चुका दिया है।

यह समस्त फॉर्म आपको ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन उपलब्ध होते है। यदि आपको इन फॉर्म की आवश्यकता है तो आपको गाड़ी के एनओसी आरसी ट्रैन्स्फर अथवा लोन भरने के बाद सूचना देने के लिए अप्लाइ करने के दौरान ही यह सभी फॉर्म प्राप्त हो जाते है। जब आप समस्त प्रक्रिया अनलाइन करते है तो आपको आवेदन करने के दौरान ही यह फॉर्म प्राप्त होंगे। यदि आपको ऑफलाइन प्रक्रिया करनी है तो आपको यह फॉर्म आरटीओ दफ्तर से प्राप्त करने होंगे।

फॉर्म डाउनलोड कैसे करे :-

यदि आपको फॉर्म 29 फॉर्म 30 फॉर्म 35 डाउनलोड करना है तो आपको सबसे पहले अपने मोबाइल के गूगल को ओपन करना होगा
सर्च बार में आपको अपने फॉर्म का नाम डालना होगा जैसे फॉर्म 28, फॉर्म 29 इत्यादि
इसके बाद स्क्रीन पर आपके सामने फॉर्म का विकल्प प्राप्त होगा. इस परआपको क्लीक करना होगा.
अब आपके सामने फॉर्म का पीडीऍफ़ खुलकर आ जायेगा जिसे आप बहुत ही आसानी से डाउनलोड कर सकते है.
